1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WOM, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WOM is a business operations platform for field service and trade businesses. It provides tools for managing work orders, invoicing, HR & payroll, inventory, sales, service agreements, and purchase orders on a subscription basis.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

5. Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks, and content comprising the Service are owned by WOM or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as described.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or for any activity that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time from within the Service settings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where WOM is registered.
